The customer service was very polite and knew what I was looking for,always skeptical ordering selenite online and although the item has a good eye in one side,the rest of the sphere was extremely cracked throughout the inside of the sphere lowering the quality of it. Was also very dried out as selenite needs to be oiled to keep from cracking. I do like the sphere I got to some degree but I don’t think I’ll buy them without seeing the entire sphere
